How it works
From the first walkthrough to the finished report
ScopePro follows the job the way you work it: document the property, scan each floor, scope room by room, and send a report with the photos alongside the scope.
Step 01
Document the project
Start every job with the details an owner, adjuster, or reviewer will ask for.
- Property details: structure type, build class, year built, and renovation history.
- Occurrence summary: the type of loss or renovation, what happened, and when.
- Meeting log: who was on site, their company, and who they represent.
- Overview photos of the exterior and the point of origin, plus high-level project notes.
Step 02
Scan by floor
Walk each floor with a LiDAR-equipped iPhone. The floor plan builds as you go.
- A 3D LiDAR scan becomes a measured floor plan, with doors, windows, openings, and objects such as cabinetry detected automatically.
- Rooms are organized by floor and unit, from a single-family home to a large apartment complex.
- Closets are tied to the room they open into.
- A 3D dollhouse of every floor, with wall, floor, and ceiling measurements for each room.
Step 03
Scope by room
Build an itemized scope room by room, with the quantities already measured.
- Choose line items by trade category, with quantities pre-filled from the room's measurements in the correct unit.
- Easily duplicate scope from one room to the next.
- Add your own lines and descriptions for anything the job needs.
- Project-wide general conditions scope.
Step 04
Photos by room
Every photo stays with the room it documents.
- Field photos are filed to their room, and spatial photos are pinned to their location on the floor plan.
- Add notes on the web; they print beneath each photo in the report.
- Choose which photos appear in the report.
- In the report, each room's photos follow its scope, so readers never have to flip between documents.
Step 05
One-click report
What you documented in the field becomes the deliverable.
- A professional PDF report with a cover, floor plans, measurements, scope, and photos, in one click.
- A scaled PDF floor plan for presentation.
- Scanned project documents, such as permits, investigation reports, and mitigation invoices, tagged by vendor, date, and category and attached to the report.
- No retyping field notes or redrawing rooms.
